Returns Policy
At Miss Mirelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, clean, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee of $50 to cover the cost of processing the return. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges.
To start a return, you can contact us at missmirellegroup@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the company address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
All Products are inspected on return. When trying on clothing, please be careful with the Product (e.g. don’t apply excessive force when pulling zips) and don’t wear products that could mark or scent a Product (such as make-up, fake-tan, perfume, deodorant, cologne, etc.).
Any dresses made according to CUSTOM measurements or in-stock items marked as FINAL SALE are absolutely NOT REFUNDABLE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-sized or custom-designed items. All sales on these items are final.
Initiate a Return ASAP
To process a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at missmirellegroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return your item.

To help our customers avoid the process of returning the item, we ask that you please consider the following:
- Carefully review our product information and sizing charts before purchasing to ensure that you are selecting the right size and style for your needs. Contact our customer support to help you with any questions regarding the sizing, if you're unsure.

Please do not wear the dress to your special event if you plan to return it afterward. Dresses that have been worn to an event will not be accepted for return.
Early Cancellation Fee
If for any reason you decide to cancel the custom order before the 8-week waiting time expires, the early cancellation fee of 10% will be applied.
How to return or exchange a product purchased online
If you want to return an item, please submit your request through your Customer Account at https://www.missmirelle.com/account
We will review your order and will email you all return instructions within 48 hours.
Note:Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. The shipping service should include tracking as we are not responsible for the package until received by us.
International customers returning items to Canada, please make sure that you properly complete the customs declaration form to avoid any wrong customs fees & duties.
On the customs declaration form please indicate “CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE” and mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS”. Please also attach the original invoice to the outside of the packaging. (You can put an invoice in the envelope and attach the envelope to the outside of the packaging or use the postal carrier’s plastic bag for customs documentation and shipping manifests).
Failing to complete customs declaration properly may result in wrong customs fees and duties being assessed on the parcel. If the customs declaration form is not completed properly and incorrect customs fees/duties are assessed, we will deduct those fees from your refund to get the parcel from the post office and process your return.
If your return does not meet our return guidelines, you will be notified via e-mail and we will arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to you at your cost.
Returned items that meet our return guidelines will be processed within 1-3 business days from the day the item(s) are received at our facility. Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged or if they do not have their original tags attached. Once the return is processed we will notify you via email.
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of the original payment method. Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show up on your account.
Free Shipping
Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order was delivered via FREE shipping, a shipping fee in the amount of CAD $20.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
For online exchanges, you must follow the same procedure as a return. If you wish to get a different item or size, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special custom-size orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-sized or custom-designed items. All sales on these items are final.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at missmirellegroup@gmail.com.
